Day One - Beginning October 2023
The poly tunnel / hoop house just before we started in early October 2023.
We had a lot of tidying and organising ahead of us. Overgrown and falling tomato plants everywhere. The positive was that the early autumn produce was in abundance.
Our first task was to start harvesting as much as we could. Mainly tomatoes, a few varieties, plus some peppers, courgettes, cucumbers and cayenne peppers.
Then we started tidying and organising.
Tables were targeted first, plastic compost bags removed and binned and new waterproof covers stapled on.
Empty pots tidied and organised.
Hoses and hose connections organised.
