Potato Chitting
Potato hitting is going well. It’s best to start chatting the seed potatoes about 6 weeks before planting. So starting chitting in late January / early February with planting in mid-March to early April. Potatoes can be placed in the light but not too much heat, so not high levels of sun. Our plan is to plant in mid to late April.
